Information we use

We collect the contact details, shipping and billing addresses, and order information you provide to process orders, deliver purchases, handle returns, and answer questions. This includes your name, email, and phone number if provided. Site requests may also generate technical records, such as IP addresses and error logs, used to operate and protect the shop.

Payments and delivery

Stripe processes card payments; we do not store your full card number. We share the information needed to provide the service with our hosting provider, Stripe for payments, Resend for order and shipment emails, and Pirate Ship and postal carriers for delivery. We may also disclose records when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your cart for up to 30 days and provide access to your checkout confirmation for up to one day. Stripe may use cookies and similar technology for payment security and fraud prevention. We do not use advertising trackers.

Analytics

We use a self-hosted GoatCounter instance at stats.abovesobelow.com to understand visits and page views on the storefront.

Records and requests

We retain order and related records for fulfillment, support, bookkeeping, tax obligations, and resolving disputes. To request access, a correction, or deletion of your information, email support@abovesobelow.com. Some records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
